Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of winsomemarketing.com and its tools — Prospect Intelligence, Go-to-Market Intelligence, Data Intelligence, and Content Score (together, the "agents"). Using the site means you agree to them.

What the agents do

Each agent takes what you give it — organization details, goals, context, and any files you upload — and uses AI to research and generate a report. The reports are a research and strategy aid, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and we don't guarantee their accuracy. Verify anything load-bearing before you act on it.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time email link — no password to manage or lose. Keep access to your email secure; anyone with a sign-in link tied to your address can view your reports.

One run at a time

Each agent allows one run in progress per account. Wait for a run to finish (or fail) before starting another. This is a fair-use limit, not a promise of availability — we may adjust it as the tools evolve.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the agents to build a competing product, or to scrape or resell their output at scale.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or bypass usage limits on the site or its tools.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to identify or contact a private individual without their consent.

Ownership

The reports an agent generates for you are yours to use. The site, its design, and the underlying agents remain Winsome's.

No warranty

The site and its agents are provided as-is. We don't warrant that they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and AI-generated output can be wrong — that's inherent to the technology, not a defect specific to us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Winsome isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its agents, or from decisions made based on a generated report.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and its tools change. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
