It is an incredible honor to develop a skill that is tied to no technology, limited by no constraints of modernity and will outlast our physical presence on this planet.
For each other…
People are not tools to be used but entities to be treasured. We believe in respecting each other’s autonomy, time, emotions and stated needs.
This same respect is applied to our conduct with clients.

HONESTY
In the work…
To be an honest creative professional is a compelling goal.
It means that we strive to be in touch with our best selves and be honest about where and how we fail. This is an ongoing journey and we are dedicated to seeking out the light.
In the business…
We do not lie. Plain and simple. Almost all moral failures can be traced back to deception. We tell the truth even when it is inconvenient, painful, or not in our best interest.
We never have to ‘get our story straight’ because we are honest people.

EFFORT
Work is beautiful. Valuable. Hard. Important.
We are unafraid of hard work and dedicated to bringing our full selves into effort each day.
That said, we don’t chase an arbitrary standard of subjective ‘perfection.’
